Are you fascinated by the interconnectedness of plants and animals in a stable ecosystem? The National Wildlife Federation Habitat Stewards program teaches you to construct certified, healthy wildlife habitats in your backyard and community and to lead such projects in your school, workplace or organization.
Natural Biodiversity is certified as a Habitat Stewards Host, and staff members are trained to teach classes and guide local Habitat Steward volunteers in wildlife- habitat enhancement projects. Volunteers can be certified under the National Wildlife Federation’s program after formal classroom training and participation in habitat-enhancement projects. They may also serve as public speakers for the program if they desire to do so.
Become a Habitat Steward and make your community,
